I was thinking about recent info we have been seeing about listing any death as a potential COVID 19 death. And how there is actually a medical code and a form to denote COVID 19 as the reason for the death. When was this added? Who updated the forms?
I have a spidey sense that it was before the big breakout happened as it would have to have been to get all of the forms and systems updated down stream for all of the hospitals to list COVID 19 as the reason for death.
Reminds me how the whistleblower form was changed. So again when was the form changed?

The blue for shows a date of 8/4 at the bottom, so it is old. The CODE for COVID did not come in until March 24th. On Feb 26th the City of SF declared a state of emergency, which was before everyone else. So are we to believe for 30 days or so they know people died from COVID 19 how? By writing it in?

I did post that the blue form was the 'original' form. I don't know if the form itself has changed. Interim guidelines were issued on Feb 20.
