I meant oils like canola, corn, soybean and grapeseed as bad seed oils. Palm, coconut and olive are good. Also don't forget the old standby, bacon fat!

Sorry but it's the carbs / sugars that cause diabetes, NOT the fats. However, seed oils are also a problem.
