Sorry but it's the carbs / sugars that cause diabetes, NOT the fats. However, seed oils are also a problem.

Taxing the fats as in fat people. I wholeheartedly agree with your nutritional assertion. See the shit I cook and tell me I don't believe that good fats are essential to diet.

I meant oils like canola, corn, soybean and grapeseed as bad seed oils. Palm, coconut and olive are good. Also don't forget the old standby, bacon fat!
