Frankly, I'd be surprised to find it more than that. That is, ICU beds are virtually all in major metropolitan areas/counties. And, ICU beds don't get to be that without the supporting facilities and staff, including doctors. Few rural areas have all that, and travel to adjacent counties is common.
So, only 1:8 of trump supporters....who tend to also be more rural than dems who concentrate in major metropolitan areas, not unexpected at all. Probably less.
