Giant Eagle has announced that it is temporarily changing its hours.
The supermarket chain says all of its stores will open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. seven days a week. The change goes into effect on March 15.
Giant Eagle officials say curbside pickup and delivery will be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
All GetGo locations will continue to operate with normal business hours.
Dan Donovan, a spokesperson for Giant Eagle said in a release, "We continue to be amazed by the relentless dedication of our Team Members, and the calmness of so many guests as they visit our busy stores. By standardizing opening and closing hours for the time being across our supermarkets, we are putting our store teams in the best position to ensure optimal shopping conditions for our guests each day.”
When stores are closed, employees will clean and restock shelves for the following day.
The company says Giant Eagle pharmacy departments will continue to operate under regular business hours.

Because it's another example amongst thousands more of people panicking because they believe the BS the Fake News Enemy of the People lying scum MSM are force feeding them 24/7.

I don't think they're panicking, at least not around here. I think it's prudent decision making. If you're going to be quarantined for two to four weeks, you're not going to be able to go out to the store to get things. Even if you're not sick, the less you have to go out in public, the better.
I think this has been a valuable exercise. I think it's a good trial run to see what would happen if we ever had a real calamity.

"valuable exercise" Agreed.
Red-pilled people should care about this...panic will affect even those prepared. Maybe anons have sufficient preps to ride out the storm...but the sheeple don't. Hungry kids and young people who have been indoctrinated in socialism may prompt some really bad/dangerous behavior.
There are panicking in my town...which totally surprised me. But...it's going to be a really good lesson for those who make fun of people who have a little stock on hand should something go south. Gonna shut up a lot of criticism and mockery re: those prepared. And maybe just convince the sheeple to be a little more self-reliant.

You're lucky then I guess.
Here in UK most store shelves are empty within minutes of being stocked up, too many sheeple here I think.
BTW I wasn't having a dig at you or your post. It's just that with all we know about the way the world runs this CV hoax is getting a bit much. But it's good to see what's happening worldwide.
Respect.
