Do you do all that in interactive brokers site, or do you have another system for following those charts, like a Bloomberg terminal or something?
I guess I was curious what chart or product are you following for gold and silver?
When I log into my Schwab account, I can go to:
Futures > Charts > Metals
Then there is a product called "GCJ0 Gold (COMEX)" and there is a price line and candle chart below it. Is that what you're looking at to follow the price of gold, or something else?
