That's the way all 'soft on crime' policies end. New York in the 1970's.

I'm surprised it took this long to get really bad. It's a shame because the Bay Area is nice overall.

It's almost as if they are intentionally making it shitty so that a lot of people leave and property can be bought up cheaply.

But I firmly believe that the opioid crisis also somehow corrrelates to human trafficking. Drugged up people are very easy to control and even easier to disappear.
