African horse virus, African swine fever, swine fever, Avian influenza (reported 9 days ago the they came out with a new vaccine for this one), Chikungunya, Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic fever, Epizootic Hemorrhagic Fever, Rotavirus, Infectious bronchitis, Influenza virus

from their website -

Our major stakeholders are:

Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC)

Wellcome Trust, Medical Research Council (MRC) and other research funding agencies

International funding and disease control agencies, such as OIE, WHO, the European Commission, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

Farmers and livestock keepers

hope they have tightened up their processes - these are from 5-6 years ago and include lapses in containment including bovine ebola
