I know personally this is happening. I never get flu vaccine because I never get the flu. My grandson was vaccinated and then dropoed off at my house immediately to spend the night and next day with me. For the next week I had a mild case of flu like symptoms.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm going to ask others about their experience with family members getting flu shot.

My dad told me to get a flu shot and I got pissed at him. This is after telling him about 10 times that for about 5 yrs every year I got the flu shot, I GOT THE FLU...but in the last 7 yrs or so I haven't gotten it and...suprise!! no FLU

Also I take a stack which I recommend everyone take to keep the immune system healthy and its evidenced based btw.... selenium + tryptopan + cysteine (NAC) and glutamine... its the glutathione peroxidase stack. also take b6/b12 (b complex) and at least 10k IU vitamin D during flu season

everyone is both vit D deficient and selenium deficient

woudlnt' hurt to take magnesiuim, zinc, boron, iodine also.

If you take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D be sure to take Vitamin K with it. Do some research...I take Life Extension Super K. One with each 10,000 IU of Vitamin D. K works synergistically with D to place calcium in the bones and helps your heart health. Lots of info online.

My grandson got the flu vaccine and was down a week, Dr said he was vaccinated for flu a and got flu b. So pissed, told my daughter STOP getting vaccines.

I asked my daughter not to vaccinate him any more. He's Autistic so you can see my concern. She just doesn't believe it's the vaccinations. I just pray.
