Danish anon here, Obama's visit was public knowledge before the whole Greenland debacle. And he is not in Denmark yet, 28th sep.

But believe me im not going anywhere near that place. We were quite a number of people looking forward to Trump's visit.

The danish media is having a field day with the Greenland scandale... It's so fucking painful to watch.. They are making fun of Trump every second on TV and newspapers...

If the public just knew about all the crimes and insane shit that's been going on for decades. Really hope he get's vindicated when all is set and done.

Hi there, another Danish Anon here - agree with you totally. I saw TV2 live yesterday, where they where discussing Trump calling our MP "nasty" and it was as you say, effing painful - 1. They "forget" to tell he didn't call her nasty, as he didn't Meghan Markle - he called their expressions for nasty which makes a big difference - 2. Either they think the average Dane doesn't understand English and hope they can smear Trump to make the Danes hate him - or they are simply dumb-fuckers who cannot understand English

On this side of the pond in North-America, the MSM also criticizes everything President Trump does. Its the same in Canada and Mexico. The point is we have to examine who owns and controls all of the mainstream media and that will answer why they are so desperate to persuade the Europeans and North-Americans that President Trump is bad. Its a war against populism and to take possession of our very souls. As for President Trump proposing to buy Greenland is NOT unusual at all. In 1946 President Harry Truman did the exact same thing and was NOT criticized for it.

Not to mention the idea was brought up by Denmark’s last administration only months ago.

It’s not like Trump just woke up one day and wanted to buy Greenland. The media relies on the fact that most people are ignorant, it’s sad.

Yes. Just more historical ignorance. The US has talked about acquiring Greenland since at least the 1890s.

Apparently, POTUS was supposed to go to Denmark and canceled after what the Denmark leader said about buying Greenland. POTUS knew Obama would be shadowing him once again on a trip abroad. One of the youtube channels I listen to had this info, don't remember which one. It's possible obama's trip was the catalyst for the other debacle with the Greenland comment.

And to our non-Danish Patriots, here you can see what a tabloid thinks about Trump: https://ekstrabladet.dk/nyheder/politik/elefantorden-til-trump/7760378

Run it through your favorite translator, but as you can judge by the caricature, it is not very flattering. It is a word play on the Danish Order of the Elephant turned into "Knight of the Elephant in the Glass Shop" (analogous to your "bull in a china shop").

Yes, this is a tabloid, but sadly almost every media and public person think he is an idiot.

The media and public persons do not think he is an idiot. They want you, the public, to think he is an idiot.
