So you all downvoted my comment but did you even look at the George W. Bush painting?

Probably not so I'll post it again.

This second painting was created in 2012 too. It portrays President Bush sitting on the Oval Office floor playing with two paper planes and two seperate piles of blocks. What the artist is suggesting with this painting is much more significant than some supposed "six fingers."

Twin Towers, 9/11

My opinion only:

As for the painting of Clinton in the blue dress, it's entitled "Parsing Bill." Parsing means to analyze critically, so the artist is suggesting a few things here in regards to Clinton's masculinity and sexuality. The blue dress is synonymous with Monica Lewinsky but the dress is also similar to one that Hilary Clinton wore. This painting is a critique of how the two women in blue dresses dominate Clinton...Hillary wears the pants, she's really the boss, and Monica ruined him through his sexuality (why would she not wash/dry clean a dress with semen on it?). Red shoes are often associated with sensuality but they can also suggest sinfullness and pride which also fits into the paintings theme.
