Well, I'm no law fag, but if the defendant is dead, there is no case which is of course why he's dead. Since he has not been convicted of these (new)charges I would think none of that is admissible. Edit: Looked at Adam Klasfeld's tweet. He may be implying that Maxwell, or others, could be culpable if evidence found in Epstein's NY home implicates them.
