Maybe I am reading more into this than I should but I will point it out anyway.
The IG report mentioned crime against children and Hillary.
Whenever I read anything about it I hear The Clinton Foundation, crimes against children.
The IG report does not say that exactly. What it does say is this
Hillary Clinton and Foundation
crime against children
It points out Hillary Clinton first and Foundation second.
Also it is not
crimes against children--- plural
it is
crime against children ---singular
The way I am reading that is this. They are not finding crimes against children here and there. The entire Foundation is a crime against children.

The word crime is a noun singular and a plural. You don't need an s on it.
Also, children is a plural.
Anyway you spell it, hillary's been busy.
