Please explain to me how the Twitter time stamp works. Can't find exactly what I'm looking for by searching. When I look at the Trump tweet, it shows 5:13am, not 8:13am. I'm in Central Daylight time, wondering if the tweet time is shown in "my" time zone, or in Trump's time zone, which is Eastern Daylight time. Can't figure out where the 8:13 came from. Thanks.

It shows in the timezone you have set on your computer. You clearly have your laptop/phone/tablet set to West Coast Time Zone

Ok, another oddity. When I look at the Trump tweet on Twitter, it shows 5:13am. When I look at the capture on qmap.pub it shows 7:13am. Twitter: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1142767618086133761 Qmap: https://qmap.pub/read/T-6483

No, I'm set to Central Daylight time, my laptop shows 4:29pm right this minute.
