Spend 10 minutes listening to Bill Barr speak at the annual dinner for the American Law Institute as he explains the corruption of the courts, particularly with respect to National Injunctions and how the 600 district court judges are wielding unilateral nationwide power. The Supreme Court has nine justices and five of the judges much reach agreement.
No meaningful court activity can occur until this is staunched. People, PACS, foreign interests--they can shop judges across the country until they find the one that will write the injunction. They also shop until they run out the statuary period--and thus evade being tried.
Not sure how this proceeds if not through a case run up through the Courts and to the Supreme Court.
