More Democrat mayors in Texas, New Jersey, and Oregon have come under a cloud of vote fraud investigations.
Mayor Richard Molina, of Edinburg, Texas, and Francesco Caramagna, the mayor of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, have both come under fire for perpetrating vote fraud, according to the Daily Signal.
Edinburg, Texas, Mayor Richard Molina doesn’t plan to go anywhere. Molina won the mayor’s race in November 2017 by 1,240 votes. But on April 25, Texas Rangers arrested the mayor and his wife, Dalia, alleging the couple ran a voter fraud scheme to put him in office.
After about a week of silence, the mayor said Thursday the charges won’t affect his job, and asked Edinburg residents to respect his constitutional rights to due process.
“We respectfully deny any criminal wrongdoing and look forward to defending ourselves in the proper venue. That is a courtroom,” Molina said in the video statement. “These charges will not affect my ability to perform the people’s work as your mayor. I only ask that you respect our constitutional right to a fair trial and due process.”
Officials say that Molina launched a campaign of getting voters to fraudulently change addresses so that they could vote for him.
In New Jersey: Francesco Caramagna, the mayor of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, isn’t putting up as much of a fight, as he reportedly resigned from office on April 29 amid charges of interfering in the secrecy of the election process.
Prosecutors allege Caramagna filled out portions of mail-in ballots and primary election ballot certifications.
Then a group of Democrats and others in Oregon have been arrested for voter fraud there: In Oregon, 10 people were convicted of voter fraud stemming from the 2016 election, The Oregonian newspaper reported. The arrests came after the Oregon secretary of state’s office, which oversees elections, forwarded evidence to the state’s Justice Department that 56 people engaged in fraud.
The newspaper reported that four Democrats, one Republican, one Libertarian, and four others not affiliated with a political party were convicted.
Most cases involved people voting in two different locations—in some cases, two separate states. None of the cases resulted in jail time, and the maximum penalty was $1,000.
But remember…. Democrats say there is no voter fraud in the U.S.A.
Also remember, most voter fraud is never prosecuted, so there are thousands of cases that were just swept under the rug.

Voter fraud really should carry some stiffer penalties.

Absolutely, big jail time with no voting right in jail, and forever.

I think it should be the Death penalty, it is treason against our nation and constitution.

Hmm, I agree with innocent until proven guilty, but I wonder if he should step back and allow the lieutenant or whoever is second in line to manage the city until his trial is over. I mean if he indeed was illegally placed then why should he get to use the mayors power while being tried? He should have no power until it's proven he deserves it.
Then again maybe I'm on the fence, because then all people would have to do is accuse a mayor and he wouldn't be able to do am his job... Hmmmm...

Love watching Dominos all fall in slow motion, esp after someone spent years and years building it.

Small town mayors are a start, but let's not forget illegally installed governors, senators, judges, "representatives", and provable cases of paid-off straw-man RINOs, who 'ran to lose', ie conspired to obstruct the Constitutional electoral process.
