Men are more likely to kill themselves using weapons, women usually OD or use things that aren't as "violent". Women's arms are shorter compared to men's. This whole thing smells fishy to me!

Exactly. Could these details be more nonsensical. Also am fairly certain that Colorado would not allow you to buy a gun on the same day. Montana won't sell you one without an in state license--so I find it hard to believe Colorado would.

18 U.S. Code § 922 b(3) It shall be unlawful for any licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector to sell or deliver— any firearm to any person who the licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe does not reside in (or if the person is a corporation or other business entity, does not maintain a place of business in) the State in which the licensee’s place of business is located, except that this paragraph (A) shall not apply to the sale or delivery of any rifle or shotgun to a resident of a State other than a State in which the licensee’s place of business is located if the transferee meets in person with the transferor to accomplish the transfer, and the sale, delivery, and receipt fully comply with the legal conditions of sale in both such States (and any licensed manufacturer, importer or dealer shall be presumed, for purposes of this subparagraph, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, to have had actual knowledge of the State laws and published ordinances of both States).
Fully comply with the legal conditions of sale in both such States...
Florida requires a 3 day waiting period and a minimum age of 21, it doesn't matter what Colorado law states as this purchase is classified as an interstate sale and the more stringent of either State's laws take precedence.

My wife and I said the same thing. 18? That chick is in her early 30's, they think we're stupid.
