it is funny that the race issue is court-created law. There is nothing in the constitution that prohibits race discrimination. What is sad is that artificial race equality actually hurts the protected races. Before artifical race equality, an aberrant race faced ridicule and the collective corrected their behavior to reduce the ridicule. For example, we discriminate positively towards the Swiss when the issues involve neutrality. Our courts have done us great dis-service in going far beyond the constitution in this area. The Courts have inadvertently made some of the minorities in our society less respected and less responsible than they would have been at this point in history.
