Good to see people thinking. I was once on a plane that landed during strong crosswinds. I looked across the isle, out the window, and saw runway markers going by and the wingtip looked like it was going to touch pavement. Pilot managed to get it back and we landed ok. At the time I was wondering how the plane would react if the wing hit the runway - would it skid and land funny? - do cartwheels? - tuck and roll? It was a surreal moment.
