Indicted doesn't mean he was found guilty. Indicted only means the grand jury rules that the prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward with the case. The bar is very low as far as how much evidence is needed to indict someone. Still it is a step in the right direction. This will most likely drag on for a year or more
