totally normal reaction, it will level out over time. she/you can start bit by bit.

tape the camera eye of the computer when not in need (they cant see you). plug in an external soundsystem incl. microphone and swith it off when not in need (they cant hear you). keep the cell phone in another room (so it doesnt record your talks). remove all electronic devices from the bed room. witch off the router over night. move to cable instead of wifi. dont put any private information into social media (nothing is private on the internet). dont use google search and email.

it isnt easy to escape all surveillance and manipulation, but we can reduce it. it just requires a decision and some awareness.

It is useful to put tape over the camera on your laptop - don't forget to do the cameras on your phone. I use blue painter's tape - easy to remove, and you can immediately see if it isn't there.

It was posted on the conspiracy subreddit a while back that they now make phones with a front facing camera and a back facing camera... that way, you can't set the phone down in any orientation to block both of the cameras.

Black electrical tabe is best. They can pick up heat signatures with any othet tape.. plus the black electrical tape blends in

a case will do the job ;)

i hardly use my phone, except for text and phone, camera, calendar and alarm. no phone on my ear, always speaker or headset. wifi, gps, bluetooth deactivated, hardly any apps that transfer my data with every update, esp no energy vampires like whatsapp, FB, twitter. and allowing myself to, a times, ignore when it rings, beeps, or calls for my attention in any other way, heheh.

Female anon & not tech savvy. Plug it in where? Do you mean play loud music to overshadow conversations or something else? Thx...

i connect an external speaker+mike with the USB port of the laptop and keep it switched off all day unless i need it. external sound unit, even when switched off, disables internal speaker and microphone.

Usually could consider the microphone (external Mic) socket. when a plug (blank one??) inserted, it is likely the internal mic is off or can be turned off. Machine turned off is useful, but worst case, can still monitor. Storage in a remote room may be useful etc. Extreme surveillance will get voices even though inside buildings. As said above somewhere, there is not a real privacy now days, in any meaningful way.
