Where on wikileak is it called a tweet or even an email?

Wikileak has the document with the following detail: "Type:TE - Telegram (cable)" and "Status:Electronic Telegrams"

Never hear of Telegrams over shortwave radio? Do we really have this level of ignorance among humans who have access to digital media?

Hell, my youngest child still has a telegram of a family death from the early eighties. This was still in the days when Satphones cost thousands of dollars with spoty service at best.

I heard on the radio this morning that today was the anniversary of the invention of the telegraph in 1908 I believe. So yes I was aware before reading your reply
