The elites tanked the economy so badly that the plebs are tapped out, have no money to consume anything, and cannot afford to live in the big shithole cities. In addition, population is now on track to decline globally and so migration is going to come to an end no matter what. I myself am looking into moving to a smaller city somewhere in Flyover, since the major megalopoleis (BosWash, SanSan, ChiPitt) are going to be places to avoid in the dystopian hell future that the elites have ensured is coming.

They've messed up markets all across the US and the migrants have stolen all the pension money from across Western Europe.

I actually think shit is going to get really violent against a lot of the middle eastern and African migrants that the UN & EU have been dumping all over the west. And the people who fancy themselves the ruling class seem to be ignoring the warning signs from societies. See what's going on in France with Macron not being able to even go outside now without being attacked. The UK & Sweden are about to loose control of the city streets in a civil war with the migrants.

I tend to put things in list form but I try to warn people about owning houses, especially for retirement. Because automation is going to fuck people's income and the economy for awhile. So we need to rethink how we're setting up current houses and how we build future units.

  • Install a metal roof that will last 50 years, is flame retardant, allows easy mounting of solar panels/water heater.
  • Install solar panels to off set usage if a battery system if currently out of the price range.
  • LED lighting
  • Electric water heater, electric tank-less units are now an option.
  • Geo systems instead of traditional HVAC systems.
  • Steel siding is cheap, easy to installs, & flame retardant.
  • Roof antenna for local TV & News. Don't pay for cable or satellite.

Comcast started using their Verizon partnership to launch cell phone service for a reason. They see the cord cutting fad isn't going away.
