I'm going through Vincent Fusca's tweet history. Im intrigued coz the fucker has 30 000 followers and he's only following one account, right (Trump)
a couple of weeks back he's tweeted about GALT

Geothermic Atmospheric Liquified Thorium
Thorium was originally investigated back in the 50's / 60s for electricity production . Its a metal that is radioactive - but lightly so - its toxicity is mild, it doesnt have a risk of china syndrome meltdowns, its halflife is short, it is reasonably abundant
the reason the nuclear power industry discontinued it was because its byproduct isnt radioactive enough to be used for the production of nuclear / atomic weapons
some scientists ill tell you that the technical aspects of electricity generation through it were never fully resolved (it involves making a lava-like salt sludge with thorium in it) but I'm certain that would have been overcome in the intervening decades. It could have been overcome years ago had they invested into it
is this what Trump was hinting at?

Thorium (90 on periodic chart) can easily run the world for 4,000+ years. The initial cost to build the reactors (molton salt) is high. But, they cannot be waponized and thorium is like DIRT. It is everywhere. Most of China and India have zillions of tons of throium. Most of Nevada is Thorium. Oz has Throium. It can run forever and ever for free. /// Whether apocryphal or not, the fact that J.P. Morgan would not continue to fund Tesla's free energy machine at Wardenclyffe Tower project in NJ, shows that no government (or central bank) is interested in funding "free" energy.

The reason the Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactor (LIFTR) or Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) was abandoned is completely explained in this documentation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oK6Rs6yFsM There are various reasons. The "free energy" argument is one of them but it is much more complicated.

You're still using nuclear material, Uranium, for the power source. However the design of the nuclear reactor is different. With a Thorium shield the reaction can't "run away" like current designs, ie FuckusShima.
A Thorium reactor is like having a gas pedal in your car, the more you press, the faster you go, take your foot off and the car will eventually slow down.
Todays reactors are like having the throttle at max and driving with the brake. This is why they are stupid.

Thomas Pynchon in Against the Day wrote a novel to the full effect of your last sentence.
