Indeed he is not. I love Ron Paul. But I also see the limitation that Ron carries as a person.
To say he is not his father, I dunno, seems like degrading to me. Each and everyone has to find the voice to speak with and deal with the insecurities of life and politics in their own way.
You might want to consider that Thomas Jefferson, though a revered and smart man, as president, has suffered from philosophical amnesia when it came to it. It shows we are human.
And as a human, Rand is a good guy. To trust a politician 100% in the current climate would be, for me at least, a challenge of herculean proportions.

Yes you have a good point about TJ, he had his shortcomings as president. I guess being Ron's son we set such high expectations when we shouldn't have.

Cabal = Globalist = Leftist = Democrats = “Some call it the deep state. Yes, these are people that are there forever and they care more about power and their power than they do about anybody’s individual rights.”
This is an example of propaganda and how easily they can get you if you are not looking at everything critically. I was thinking about making a post about how to critically analyze this stuff for people that don't know but wasn't sure if there was enough Q-Relation and interest.
Yeah some of it is hard. The Wictor one is a good example of logical fallacy usage and also how to mislead similar to what John Oliver does. I noticed how much the wild west the entire thing is now but at the same time sometimes its hard for me to really put into words how to discern things outside of the academic structure of fallacies since it relies so heavily on just innate ability. I will write up what i can tho when I have time.

Do you know/understand logical fallacies? Look at the piece, while knowing ad hominem, ad hominem (guilt by association), appeal to ignorance (famine part) He then goes into the historical aspect which is just one big ad hominem (guilt by association) and the ONLY thing that ties Paul to Norris is Wictor's own label of Paul as an isolationist... (basically the entire argument he makes up til near the end is based on fallacy/slander and not actual evidence... wtf?) Near the end he gets into the Shia stuff which is not necessarily wrong... but what he doesn't say (because he is a Saudi/Sunni apologist and promoter to the extent I think he may be on their payroll...) is that Sunni islam is responsible for the vast majority of terrorism, of which the Saudi Royal family has been a HUGE supporter. They helped ISIS on the down low too... The important part you may be more interested in is that he seems to be using a pattern almost like John Oliver does with his shows... that's probably why you get bothered...the pattern he uses basically pulls you along without giving you unbiased information so by the time you get to the end you have maybe 3-4 different areas he gave you 1 specific interpretation on the entire way but you only end up questioning maybe 1 of them.. (because the others werent obvious) Idk about you but I could feel it was off anytime I read stuff he wrote. There was that pattern that was weird... but this little piece actually exposed it all for me.

Me too. Ron Paul got robbed but he never could have done what Trump has getting down and dirty when needed. Maybe soon we can be ready for a gentleman like him at the helm.
He takes a stand when it doesn’t matter and gets pork. When it matters he is as much of the swamp/establishment as any John Boehner, McCain, Ryan, etc...
He is not his father.
Sort: Top

I think Rand is one of the real, true good guys.

Rand is NOT his father. That said he is 1000x better than the rest of the swamp.

I would've run through a wall for Ron... I'd get in a fist fight for Rand or Alan Keyes.
[–] patrat102 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
It's a shame we did not get an Alan Keyes as Potus instead of Hussein.
[–] Trizzle1 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
I would have voted for Keyes.
[–] ludwigvon 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Hmm never heard of Keyes.

Yes that's why "Be careful who you follow" is so important... For example Wictor on Paul: https://quodverum.com/2018/11/318/knee-jerk-isolationist-morons-make-things-worse.html

Please do. There's little of that sort of info. It's mostly the wild west in that regard.

I knew that Wictor dude bothers me and it wasn't just his Q rants. He seems false somehow

He’s the only Republican candidate in 2016 I had any time for, besides Trump.

In that regard Rand is much the same as his dad.
