The INTENT of Posse Comitatus Act (1878):

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law signed on June 18, 1878 by President Rutherford B. Hayes. The purpose of the act – in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 – is to limit the powers of the federal government in using federal military personnel to ** enforce domestic policies within the United States ** . source: DuckDuckGo search for "posse comitatus"

Protecting the legal, sovereign borders of our country is NOT, by any means, a 'domestic policy'.

The President is Free and Clear on this.

Now, where P-C would become salient, would be if the President ordered Active Duty Troops to occupy a portion of an American city and from there Root Out any illegal aliens therein. THAT would be QUITE illegal, and most of the resistance team would oppose it, I would suppose.

I agree, and even if the interpretation of the left is taken as correct, the act specifically gives congress the ability to grant law enforcement authority to the military. Additionally, Eisenhower utilized the enforcement acts to justify sending active duty soldiers to Little Rock. So when you get right down to it the media and the left are very, very wrong.

But states have additional power to repel invaders. https://www.conservativereview.com/news/do-border-states-have-the-power-to-repel-illegal-entry/ Even if migrants reach American soil, states forces can just push them back across the border with no obligation to consider refuge application.

Entering the US military, you swear an oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic"... just what does that mean exactly... 'foreign and domestic' ... armies of illegal immigrants planning on invading the physical boarder of the United States would be 'against all enemies foreign'.... and if a coup against a duly elected President by the C-A, MSM and other national parties is 'domestic', then the US Military must adhere to the oath sworn at induction.

Any Posse Comitatus Act (1878) provisions are superseded by the oath take to protect the Constitution of the United States. It any law can supersede the oath taken to defend the United States Constitution, then the oath is worthless as the oath would be subordinate to that law and not the Constitution.

Yep! And that oath does NOT end for the majority of us veterans once we leave service.
