It depends on the concentration of dosage; Emergency-dot-CDC-dot-Gove - /agent/chlorine/basics/facts.asp.

For the most part, even low dosages can cause lang-term health problems & lead to serious bouts of pneumonia & the like, which CAN lead to death. For the purposes of non-lethal crowd control where women & children may be exposed, I would say that it's NOT a good method, especially when there are much safer, non-lethal ways have been develped & are aready in use.

So are rubber bullets but they hurt....then the drama begins. USE THE RAY....THE CROWD CONTROL RAY!

Can't we just ask the Galactics to start 'transporting' the caravan members back to Honduras?
