December 2016 Sergei Mikhailov, a key FSB cybersecurity official and head of the FSB's Center for Information Security went to a meeting of intelligence officers and they threw a bag over his head and arrested him for Treason. His deputy was later arrested. In Jan Radio Free Europe reported Russian newspapers said he gave the US info on servers based in Arizona used to hack into voter registrations servers in two US States. Months later this info showed up in a Mueller indictment.

December 2016 Ruslan Stoyanov a researcher at the Russian cybersecurity firm Kaspersky was arrested for Treason
