Mattis is sort of someone who is pretty soft. I think he is easily bought over and probably has to hide his real feelings at times. He kept Trump from going full blitzkrieg on Syria.

I think Mattis is like one of those "conservatives" in the system that are generally well intentioned, nice, and well formed, they just don't carry the logic that is needed to be applied to its full conclusion.

Negative, there are combat stories. Boots on the ground worship this man.

I believe that! He's legendary (I hear). Mad Dog.

It is hard to believe that @1Iron_Curtain has only been a JDIF agent for only one month! You will never get more than two shekels to clink together if you don't up your game Moshe.

I see, I haven't checked him out very well.

That might be right. He might be a big softy underneath the storied exterior.

He is easily done under, but probably a really nice guy. The type you go out and have a beer with or something like that. I think he is pretty wholesome for the most part. He's just chained down like Trump is, like most people in the Department of State.

Can't let America flex its military muscle when things run amok, but sure must flex our military muscle when we have to create chaos for a particular someone. Mattis gets my stamp of approval and I think he would be more straightforward if he was not chained down.
