Of course!! As I said, I lived in Ca for over 40 years. I was on scene when one of the biggest fires in California history, the Green Meadow fire, started. It began behind Los Robles golf course in Thousand Oaks while we were playing golf there. We saw the car of the potential arsonist and reported it to police. The fire raced up a hillside dense with dry chaparral and was moving incredibly fast. I must say, it was surreal to be playing golf while 60 foot flames were backdropping the green we were hitting to. ( note: turns out we did not see the actual arsonist, but he was caught in the same area )
