PLEASE READ THE RULES.
check out NEW for fresh content.
Hello and welcome to /v/GetEducated, this subverse is dedicated to helping people get better by providing them with websites and articles to learn something new. If you want to learn how to code for instance, or learn how to use photoshop, you've come to the right place. There are links on anything here, and if there aren't, you can add them, or request someone to teach you something!
If you made a new site that teaches anything at all, you can certainly submit it here.
-Useful Links
Not obligatory, but would be nice if you used the following:
-
[Vid]/[Video] : Video tutorials.
-
[Article] : Articles that teach you something
-
[Web] : Websites or pages (No Paywall: See rules)
-
[Meta] : For questions about this subverse
-
[Req] or [Request] : Can't find what your looking for and want to know if someone has? use this tag.
-Rules
-
You can submit any links as long as the resulting link teaches something. This includes websites, web applications (as long as it's nothing to download), even subverses.
-
Please be polite to others, and answer their questions, regardless how silly.
-
Search first, and don't submit things that have already been posted. Check here too.
-
Don't post websites which aren't finished, or are coming soon.
-
Make sure the titles are clear. No acronyms.
-
Explain what we can learn in the title. Either with a [TAG] or words.
-
Kickstarter links are not allowed, no matter how noble. People come here to learn, not hope to learn :)
-
No documentaries. because there is a subverse for that.
-
Video tutorials are ok, but no DIY. there is also a subverse for that.
