Welcome to the Order of the Golden Dawn Subverse!
We are a subverse dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for practitioners of the Golden Dawn system of Ceremonial Magic or those interested in learning more about it. All types of Golden Dawn ceremonial practitioners (and those interested in learning more) are welcome!
Feel free to post questions you may have, advice for others, thoughts about the Golden Dawn system of ceremonial magic, or links to online resources. As long as it's related to the Golden Dawn, paganism, spirituality, or mindfulness, then it's fair game for this subverse.
Discussion is both welcomed and encouraged! Remember "Love is the law, love under will" when responding to submissions and/or comments. The Three-Fold Law applies as well, for those less familiar with Thelema

For those interested in sigils in general (not personal sigils), @Inji over at /v/occult has a Q/A thread about sigils you can find here. There aren't many questions now, but that's why you need to get in there and ask :).

I haven't made my own yet as I've been occupied with other things (passing national exams, etc.) and I want to do it "right," not rushed. I recently acquired a set of calligraphy pens in different colors and I'm quite in love with the look of illuminated letters, so I think I may incorporate some of that into my sigil when I get around to it. Your question reminded me of this blog post I saw recently that details how witches can make personal sigils. I'm sure there are other manners of making sigils and the materials can vary, but this particular example is in line with my desire to incorporate calligraphy into mine.
