I'm guessing it was a roast? Sounds amazing!

2 roasts, there were like 10 people. 2 hours at 375. Once they got up to temp (130F) i cranked them over some charcoal and wood chips until the outside was a little crispy (145-150F) let them set for a while. Soooooo good. It made me want to get some lamb burger and make a shepards pie. I haven't had lamb in a while. I'm a pork/chicken/ground beef because I can't afford anything else., cheap food kinda guy usually,

That sounds so good. Shepherd's pie is something I've never made and has been on my to-do list. I make mashed potatoes fairly often I could easily make extra and have shepherd's pie the next day. I'll definitely look for lamb meat to grind, that sounds like it would be amazing... I have a meat grinder attachment to my KitchenAid that I haven't used before.
