What's going on here?
My metabolism is going about 4,000rpms and I'm okay with that, not looking for advice there just curious about this phenomenon. I remember losing weight over the course of months and yet still lifting more weight on my one rep max over that same time period.
Currently at my ideal weight that I'd like to stay at and am staying at but somehow still making gains!
I assume it's something to do with tendon strength?
