I couldn't find my tape and wanted to get it back in the water otherwise I woulda measured it. This fish had a lot of fight in it since I pulled it out of 3 feet of water and I muscled it to shore quickly and was flopping around probably hurting itself. I'm an animal lover so I snapped a few quick pictures and gave it a easy release. Hope it breeds and makes more huge pigs. I wear a size 10.

You should have put your thumb in it's mouth and held it up for the picture, it would have looked better and been easier on the fish. Thumb be damned.

Uh, no. You don't put your fingers in walleye mouths dude their teeth are razor sharp. They can bite hard as fuck too it's funny you mention it because that fish for whatever reason clamped its mouth shut while he was flapping around and it sounded like two books hitting together just about. No bs. They're a serious fish only second to pike and musky.

So was it hard to catch him or it's its size that surprised you, dunno it looks normal to me.

He fought hard, he was in super shallow water in a creek that's about a foot lower than normal depth. I wasn't expecting to catch anything except some bass or a perch. Definitely not a hog like this in such shallow water.

Really eh, so it has to be really hard to catch those big fishes people hold with both their hands once theyve caught them, I always thought it was a mere thing of pulling your thread.
