When someone has already shown up on campus and is now deciding a major it is not a bad thing to discourage them from bad decision and guild them to useful ones.

I'm not disputing that point with you. But many of the people showing up at campus, should never be there. This also causes them to make poor choices. Most people male and female just flat don't have the mental horsepower to make it in the STEM subjects. So, they take gender studies and women's studies blah blah blah and get brainwashed by the useless leftists that teach all that nonsense.

Absolutely agree. Maybe I should have been one of them. Looking back I wouldn't mind doing trade school. It's not just mental horsepower. It's enjoyment and the fact that there is openly available work in some of the fields you mentioned, and ADD.
