Wasteland Justice
Be nice. Be clean. Don't be stupid. Things will go smoother if you go by these guidelines.
Mods will only interfere with content that break site rules or aren't related to Fallout. Otherwise, post without fear, but of fellow Voat Dwellers.
Flairs
We are currently experimenting with flairs, so expect to see a lot of changes as we change names and categories!
Currently, here are the important ones;
- Overseer PSA (Mod announcement)
- GNR News Report (News)
- Modding (Mod related)
- Wasteland Humor (Jokes and humor)
- Enclave Superiority (For posts that act patronizing, be it towards FO3 or NV fans, NMA, /r/Fallout or even fellow Voat Dwellers. It's just a fun flair!)
- Distress Signal (Help and suggestions wanted)
- Discussion (Debate and conversation)
- Brotherhood Scribe (History and lore related)
- Holotape (Podcasts, music, art and video)
- Profligate (Profligates. Obviously)

When playing through Fallout, or any Bethesda game really, be sure to go off the beaten path. While the stories and most easily accessible quests are fun, I find most of the fun to be in the exploration. In dark corners of abandoned buildings, in places you never even thought of you'll find new places to see, new people to talk to, and more. Don't limit yourself to the path!
If you can get New Vegas (my favorite in the series) and get Tale of Two Wastelands, it's full of bug fixes and connects the two games together.

This.
The reason so many of us are still playing this game years later is all the little details tucked away. There are many vaults/caves/towns tucked away deep in the wasteland with no direct access to the main roads and the only way to find them is to wander on out there.
Happy Hunting!
