You are spreading unsubstantiated rumors! I have it on good authority that dino classics did exist up until the destruction of the Library of Alexandria. Much knowledge was lost, including the collected works of Muses of Pangaea.

They were fluent in all languages at the time.

Luckily their codex On the Rise of Mammals Following the Apocalypse survived and was able to guide us on our evolutionary journey. Personally I don't think we missed out on that much overall; Dino literature was unnecessarily wordy. If I wanted Dickens, I'd read Dickens.

Bury a paper copy of all our knowledge in a deep cave on the moon. Add instructions for future humans to re-copy the pages periodically so that they don't degrade. Maybe put a backup copy in a deep cave on Mars. Just like our seed vaults except for knowledge. Otherwise, yeah, degradation happens.

If you look at old artifacts of Dino skins, you can see remainings of their tattoos.

If the dinosaurs hadn't gone extinct, jesus would have literally rode a dinosaur.
