The problem starts at education institutions. When professors use grades to incentivize these behaviors, its easy to see why the right is losing ground when all education institutions are infested by left wing professors and fucking feminists who took women or gender studies.
I had professors in college that were extremely political in non-political classes like history or literature classes and gave out grades based on participation or agreement. If you raised your hands and consistently agreed and confirmed their lunacy, you got A's. If you disagreed or provided dissenting arguments, you got C's or less. Nowadays I hear prof's are just outright failing people who try to provide dissenting arguments.
You think to yourself and say, I'll just agree to get my grade, but agreeing by rote is the start of their indoctrination. Once you start, you start making friends who agree with you and you start agreeing just to remain friends with them.
I disagreed with a prof and got a D. I protested and appealed to her department head, who was sympathetic, and considering my GPA (3.99), her grades were overturned after another professor reviewed my work and I ended up getting a B, when I should have gotten an A, and it impacted my GPA. Worse, I ended up having to take another class with one of her drone colleges who knew me and try to fail me so I dropped the class and had to take it in the evening with a non-political teacher.
I wish there was an app or a website or something that let students know what type of lunatic your prof is and who they are associated with so you can avoid these classes or petition the university to hire a different prof whose less political.

There's this site, but I don't know how good it is. http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/

Depends on your school, but my school used the site heavily. I left feedback for every prof I had.
