There is going to be a quiet culling of American companies beginning very soon. Those that hire and promote based on identity rather than job-related attribues vs. those who are truly inclusive of the best/hardest workers who play together well. People in latter group will not give a crap about each other's gender and race, speak of it rarely, and just give a bit of aid to those physically disabled who otherwise excel.
Consumers who only patronize virtue-signalling companies will reap the benefits of truly shitty products and services. However, the govt. discrimination rules/(((lawyers/courts))) must be taken out of the equation for this to work.
