I cant find it right now, but the german statistics in 2015 showed, that while the numbers of crimes reported involving migrants was high, even if every reported crime was committed each by a unique migrant per crime, then that showed migrant crimes by migrant capita, showed low proportional rates of migrant crime, and if migrant crimes were being serially commited as multiple crimes per criminal migrant, this showed migrant criminality as still lower per capita of migrants, yet the numbers of crimes still showed migrant crime compared to the per capita rates of non-migrants, were much higher for the migrant group.

Not sure about the breakdown of what migrant means in this case, i.e. migrant or refugee or economic migrant etc.
