This cannot be stressed enough. Just 30 minutes of nature a week could reduce your risk of depression and heart disease.

Every white person needs to take a few hours a week to go to their nearest hiking trails and just walk them. We weren't meant to spend our lives on our asses while closed off inside giant boxes all day. We were meant to roam forests.
