€100 billion.
Germany GDP today is around €3.06 trillion. (source)
So €100 billion is 3,27% of today's GDP.
3,27% / 5 years = 0,65% of GDP yearly.
Germany yearly GDP spending according to data.worldbank.org and https://stats.oecd.org:
More than housing spending. Over 50% of military budget. Almost 30% of Germany planned infrastructure spending till 2030. And I'm pretty much sure is underestimated at least a few times.
WOW.

I remember reading somewhere that the German government is spending every penny of their budget surplus on migrants. What a joke.

I also remember reading something like that and then reading that it had been allocated to the refugee crisis.
And guess what your memory didn't fail you, and guess what?
We're talking about of
1910+ billion euros. (edit: i've found different numbers in different places so i don't know for sure which one is right, but none of them are below 10b€)Some sources:

It's insane how they've decided to waste all that money. Their budget surplus is literally going to be used to pay the bills other countries should.
( friendly reminder that most refugees don't even come from Syria, so yeah it's pretty much like financing other states, by financing their people).
