So there are a couple of problems with this design.

First of all, as mentioned in another comment, venting. The apparatus will start sputtering as it alternates between sucking air into the respective containers to offset the vacuum that develops as liquid is fed by gravity.

My second point relates to the Bernoulli principle.I won't fully explain it here, but the important thing to understand is that the pressure at the outlet of a nozzle below a column of liquid is proportionate to the density of the liquid and the height of the column of liquid. This matters because the liquid that is being fed to the junction at a higher pressure will displace more of the lower pressure liquid, potentially halting its flow entirely until the pressures equalize. So, ignoring the first problem, the first few drinks poured will be mostly coke-- because it has a higher liquid height (in engineering terms, it has more 'head') than the whiskey.

Finally, the choice of container is unlikely to yield a satisfying ratio of coke to whiskey. Once the liquid levels equalize, liquid will be dispensed at equal linear rates-- for example, for every 1 cm of height of the coke bottle dispensed, 1 cm of height of the whiskey bottle will also be dispensed. The ratio isn't exactly 1:1, because the density of whiskey is slightly different than the density of coke, but it will be close as they are both mostly water. The way you control the ratio of liquid dispensed from the T junction is to adjust the cross section of the bottle-- if you wanted a 4:1 ratio of coke to whiskey, you would want the cross section of the coke dispenser to be four times the cross section of the whiskey container, so that per linear unit of fluid dispensed, you get four times the volume of coke as you do of whiskey.

Doesn't that have a venting problem?

While it says just energy drinks I would think coke would have a similar albeit more minor of an effect than something like redbull and vodka but not by much. Coke has a 1/3 the amount of caffeine that an energy drink does.

Adolescents for brain development lasts until your 25, also why weed shouldn't be used until after you brain stops developing unless you particularly want an IQ drop equivalent to that of eating lead paint...
