In a world where everyone is a dj, no one is.
Rules
1 Feel free to post non-electro electronica, but tag it in the title, or I might remove it. Unless the track is good. (Example: [Drum and Bass] Artist - Title.)
Any kind of electro anything doesn't need a tag, even if it's pretty far out there.
Exception to above rule: Don't post Deep House. Ever. It will be removed, and you'll probably be banned from the subverse. Unless the track is really really really good. But that's super risky, because I really hate deep house. There has only been like, 2 good deep house tracks, ever, going back to 1980 or something. If you don't hate deep house, try learning to, it's good for you. Also if I can figure out how, I might ban the word 'progressive' from the subverse.
To quote Ishkur, *"Progressive is a pretty pretentious word to begin with, so if you're bold enough to actually call your genre anything like that, you better
have something pretty fucking impressive, groundbreaking and forward-thinking to call it that. Like, music that will make you fly or breathe underwater
or something. Kill the word already. It means nothing."*
2 Put the song name in the title, please. If you don't, I'll remove it, unless the track is insanely good.
3 Mixes are ok. (rule 1 applies to genre)
4 Self-promotion for tracks is ok, but be prepared for people to tell you it sucks if it sucks.
5 Reposts will get deleted if I notice them, unless the track is really very very good.
That's it for now. More rules will develop if I think of anything stupid or funny or valid.
