The majority of my foods fall into these areas - there is room for carbs at a controlled rate - in other words - eat as much of this as you want, just control the carbs you add to this. Your weight gain and loss can be easily regulated just controlling the carb intake alone.

Eating this way also seems to reduce your rate of physical ageing. You feel younger - something you really notice when you are no longer young:)

My suspicion is the 5th graph down, Acute Hormonal Response to Exercise, may one day be the most important relationship to US national security. That relationship can perfect a computer algorithm for hormone interchange and human activity. We waste billions of dollars every year because our new recruits are too fat to complete basic training- and those are the ones who can actually get past MEPS.

But that graph proves we have an energy efficiency problem and that is something computers specialize at fixing. We can create smartphone type app and devices that can help to regulate this efficiency problem in the public. As for devices we will need a better sensor system to detect testosterone and cortisol than blood tests- ideally in the sweat and it needs to be continuous sampling like heart rate sampling- but with this data, algorithm, and new sensor we could create a continuous user feedback system that could transform the population into high level muscle composition relatively quickly.

Yes, that has to do with virtual dominance and self-identity in relationship to the winning team.

The other major factor in all this is serotonin levels, which as Jordan Peterson explained, define the complex dominance hierarchy that all humans must interact with constantly. Many things such as water fluoridation (which has a negative impact on serotonin and thus testosterone), SSRIs, alcohol, tobacco use, etc, can all be variables in altering the virtual self-identity and brain chemistry.

Whatever gear we develop will need to be able to detect testosterone, cortisol, and serotonin. Then the algorithm will need to predict them. It would be great if it could inject micro-doses of the chemicals into us as well as the estrogen blockers at the same time. Constantly, keeping out bodies in peak hormone response balance- always producing muscle for weeks or months at a time while the population increases our metabolism and sheds the adipose.

The tale with testosterone is quite troublesome, I remember some graph telling that victories increase testosterone. Outcompeting other men...which is why millionaires/billionares also have really huge amounts of it, even if they do no exercise. But obviously you cannot make a society based on that as many will be left out. But it does get raised with response to natural events though...but beyond that...christ that graph mostly is just as an added note and to compel people into more exercise (which has its own cardio vascular benefits, too numerous to count). But thanks for the input, I appreciate it, on the chans I only get fucking asked all the time why potatoes are evil. Its a nice change.
