The mathematical models scientists and astronomers use to calculate galaxy rotation is based on gravity alone. They do not account for the electrical nature of our universe at all. That means their mathematical model is incomplete, and is the reason they need to invent gobbledygook like dark matter to try and fix their broken model.

Like famous scientist Richard Feynman said in one of his lectures:

"“It doesn't make a difference how beautiful your guess is. It doesn't make a difference how smart you are, who made the guess, or what his name is. If it disagrees with experiment, it's wrong.”

If you want to learn more about the electrical nature of the universe, then search for The Thunderbolts Project channel on Youtube. They have great videos going into many different aspects and details about the electrical nature of space.
