I started out on a plastic CE-4, moved onto the Kanger T3, then used a protank mini and the evod clearomizer for a while, before finding the Aspire Nautilus. The Nautilus has been great for the most part, but i find the pin at the bottom of the base is hard to clean, gathering up alot of gunk which may or may not lead to a tainted taste after several months of use, it just seems to be irritating me as i've gotten through two of them in a year both resulting in the tainted nasty taste.
I decided to order a Kanger evod mega, noticing that it was a pyrex tank and now uses dual coils. I've used evods in the past, and they performed the best of the plastic clearos for me, and i hope a pyrex version will perform just as good as the Nautilus. What tanks are popular at the moment? The last time i really looked around for what people were using were the Protank 2, and Vivi Nova's. I ask here, because a few years ago /r/ecigs use to have alot of posts about these things at the time, unfortunately all i can really see over there now is a huge circlejerk of who's got the lowest ohm's and the craziest coils. Doesn't seem to be much discussion of standard vaping equipment which doesn't get downvoted to oblivion.
Outside of the sub-ohm equipment, what do you find is a good vape from the familiar names like kanger, innokin, joyetech etc? (price / coil life being a factor too).
