I used to work at a place that had Canada Geese on campus. They tried various things to drive them off, but they always came back. They would chase people. And you weren't allowed to hurt them even in defense. I took to using my badge. The badge hung from a lanyard. Holding the end of the lanyard and swinging the badge in a circle seemed to idk confuse or threaten them. They left me alone.

Yeah, geese are very much on the offensive when other things come around and they don't wait to have to react. My goose was hilarious and protected me from a lot of things, even bees! The spinning badge and lanyard probably tripped them up really bad so they didn't want to risk it. Or they knew a slap to the face with that badge was gonna hurt. XD

If a goose ever confronts you, pepper spray it immediately. The goose will either back down or your dinner will come preseasoned. It is a win-win either way.

Btw, not all geese have terrifying mouths like that.
