It'll be great - I still have so many questions! One thing I'm wondering is who the hybrid actually is. Like the Doctor said "The Hybrid is ME!", but didn't they take care to emphasise that Ashildr called herself Me? So it could be either the Doctor himself or Ashildr since she is sort of a hybrid of a human and the alien thingy that made her immortal?

Exactly. I called the twist much later in this ep than many others, and I enjoyed that the parable was more a clue than a lesson to the audience. I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE that the entire experience boils down to "ARE YOU SURE? Like, REALLY SURE?" I guess the biggest question I have is SPOILERS How, if Gallifrey were transported into a pocket universe in a painting, could the Dr have keyed his dial to it?

It would seem awfully contrived if they'd named a character "Me" just so the Doctor could make an ambiguous statement at the end of an episode.
