If you're new to the game and you're looking for tips, then this is for you! If you're a veteran, you can keep us updated on any wisdom you might have or even learn some things you may have not known before!
- Don't Starve Gamepedia - For information on what things are and do on nearly everything in the world of Don't Starve.
- Surviving your first year - A rather useful guide on Steam that can be used as a basic guideline for when you should have things ready and what for. Nicely stylized as well.
- Non-raid boss kiting video - This guy also has some other videos you might be interested, such as his neat mod advertisements, nightmare kiting, and shitposts.
- /r/DontStarve - Yeah, it's Reddit. They still might have some useful info over there though but I haven't checked it in forever with the exception of today seeing if it's still active.
And here's a small tip from me: If you have a gaming peripheral that supports repeating macros, I highly recommend having a macro that spams left click at least roughly every 60 milliseconds and set it to run while you have a button held down. Now when you're in game and you have to mine something, hold your macro while you have something you want to mine/chop/attack and then you should do those actions much faster! Note that if you're playing singleplayer Don't Starve and you're trying to chop down trees, there will be tree-leave falling particles that will block your mouse clicks that spawn directly from the middle of the tree, so try to keep your mouse as close to the top of the tree as you can without the mouse moving out of range for the tree swaying from the hit animations.
